The Fancy Tramp Vintage Flea Food/brewery

You have been invited to vend the Fancy Tramp Vintage Flea Sep 13th-15th. This year we are moving to grounds at Good Living Market at 216 South Columbia St. in downtown Warsaw IN.

Set up starts Friday sep 13th at 9:30am you will have until Monday sep 16th 7:30pm to remove your things from the property. All vendor spaces come with 4 worker tickets. Be sure to give their first and last name on state ID when checking in. On Friday evening there will be a pre party after vendor setup. Saturday doors will open at 10 am but the main crowd of the events will be active during the evening. The last band starts at 10:30pm. Sunday the doors open 11 am and the last band starts 9pm. You are free to come and go as you please.

Spaces that are available this year are outdoor only, within in 10x10-20x30. If you have a trailer/bus/van that you vend out of be sure to email us the dimensions and needs so we can best accommodate. All food/brew spaces are not sold by square foot. Your are responsible to get all your food/beer/peddlers permits or licenses from town/county/state. For all beer/liquor booths please have all bartenders licenses in booth with you for all of the events. We do not know when the food/liquor departments will come to check information so being prepared at all times is required. If you do not have an outdoor canopy there will be an option to buy a tent in the spaces add ons. You are welcome to keep the tent after the event is over. These do not come with walls so please bring tarps and tapestries to cover your booth when closed.

Are you traveling in and need to camp behind your set up? We have options for you too. There is a $45 camping add on to camp Behind your vending space with room for a 3 person tent with a 10x10 canopy. This is only available for vendors and their helpers. If your don’t pay for this add on ahead of time there will be no space behind your booth, and if you wish to stay over night on property you have to have this payed by July 31. Anyone who contacts after the date will be referred to the fair ground camp site down the road. If you have a camper we can’t accommodate that big of a space at this time. Please see camping spaces at the fair grounds campground. If you have a rig that has a mural or is vintage/unique that would add to the aesthetic of the event please reach out to Zoie Bella. We will have access to running water but please bring enough for you and your helpers.

The Fancy Tramp Vintage Flea & the Good Living Market are not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged goods and property or personal injuries. This is a rain or shine event so no refunds. Be sure to read over the cart before checking out. This is an all ages event no sales of drugs/vapes/tobacco/weapons(does not include handmade knives/axes/hatchets)/alcohol out side of permitted beer vendors. Any vendor who does not follow this will be asked to leave. The G.L.M has a fence surrounding the whole property. The gates will be locked at night and security will be on property 24/7. They are giving us access to the large barn for shelter and Art instillation chill zone if needed.

All food/beer has power already included in price. Any additional workers is $10 per person, after the 4 covered in your vending ticket, only available when purchasing your booth space.  Anyone brought in after purchasing your vending ticket will be subject to a normal weekend pass.  You are welcome to bring your animal if needed. There is a $5 add on for the potty area and clean up bag. This is only available to the vendors.
